Welcome to Sips & Sammies! Our cafe is a hidden gem, located within the heart of the Public Services Building in Downtown Hillsboro. We pride ourselves on serving freshly made-to-order sandwiches, salads, pastries, and expertly crafted espresso beverages and teas. Our menu also includes blended frappes and smoothies, Lotus energy drinks and grab-and-go snacks.

We make all of our espresso drinks with Caffe’ Darte artisan Italian roast beans, giving every cup a smooth, rich flavor. If you’re more of a tea lover, we’ve got you covered with authentic Japanese Matcha and a variety of loose-leaf teas from Portland’s Tao of Tea.  Something for everyone!
